M&M Supply operates a fleet that covers a 150-mile radius from our central hub. This includes full service to all metropolitan areas and job sites within this perimeter. For deliveries beyond this zone, we utilize freight partners for flat-rate shipping on bulk materials.

Oversized equipment and bulk lumber are delivered via flatbed crane trucks. Please ensure the drop-off location is clear of overhead obstructions (wires, branches) and the ground can support the weight of a heavy commercial vehicle. Our dispatch will call 24 hours prior to confirm the window.

We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of raw materials, including steel, lumber, and concrete. Bulk discounts automatically trigger at quantities over 1 pallet or 500 units. For extremely large industrial projects, contact our dedicated procurement team for a custom quote.

Unused, resaleable materials in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Custom-cut lumber, mixed paints, and special orders are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of heavy materials (bricks, stone, timber) to cover handling costs.

Net-30 credit terms are available to established businesses with a valid EIN and 2+ years of operating history. Applications are typically processed within 48 business hours. You will need to provide three professional trade references and your most recent bank statement summary.
